Get a Chrome update when available
South Korean tech giant Samsung has rolled out a new update to its web browser app, Samsung Internet. The new version of the app — Samsung Internet 13.0 — comes with new features and “enhancements designed to offer users a better and safer browsing experience.”
Samsung Internet Browser (or simply Samsung Internet or S Browser) is a mobile web browser for smartphones and tablets developed by Samsung Electronics. It is based on the open-source Chromium project. It is pre-installed on Samsung Galaxy devices.
How do I clear the Cache and Data of my browser?
Samsung smart TVs provide access to several apps for watching movies and TV shows. The inclusion of a pre-installed internet web browser comes as a bonus.
A smart TV is just like a regular one, but with two exceptions: Smart TVs can access the internet via Wi-Fi and they can be boosted with apps—just like a smartphone or tablet. Like regular TVs, smart TVs come in all shapes, sizes, and forms. You can get an LCD, Plasma, or even projection TV.
Of course, Chrome has its advantages over Samsung Internet as well. It lets you quickly translate text thanks to the Google Translate integration and has a Lite mode that saves data when browsing. The Google browser also has a great Discover feature.
Secure Web Auto Login
Samsung Internet for Android is the sole browser that also offers login using biometric authentication such as iris and fingerprint scanners. It provides a simpler but more secure way for users to login to sites.
Samsung created the Internet app to be a simple, fast, and reliable web browser for your phone and tablet. What devices support the Internet app? You can use the Internet app on Galaxy phones with Android 5.0 (Lollipop OS) or higher. You can download it from Play Store or Galaxy Store.
Incognito mode on Android devices is just that; it’s a way to hide as you travel the web. Incognito mode as realized in Google Chrome on Android basically hides your browsing history so others can’t see the websites you’ve visited. In effect, it masks your footprints across the web. 4 дня назад
Getting rid of the Samsung Internet browser from your Samsung smartphone is easy. Since it’s One UI, the Samsung Browser is not a system app. Hence you can easily uninstall the app as you would normally uninstall any of your other apps. This makes it the #1 browser on Android phones.
The OS also gives the Samsung devices their unique feel; Samsung has its stock Android apps. Unlike Google stock Android, Samsung has its store for apps, especially for Galaxy devices. Moreover, the Web engine used in the Samsung Internet browser is Chromium, which is precisely the same as Google Chrome.
The issue is caused because of multiple factors, including signal, cache files, and bad configuration of internet settings. It could be also the case that your storage space or RAM processing capacity is full, hence, the Samsung Internet app couldn’t accommodate.
General bug: There have been many reports of a general bug with the software of the Samsung Smart TVs where if the TV was turned off through the remote for a period longer than 10 to 15 minuter the network settings are corrupted and they need to be reset in order for the connection to work properly.
