If you experience a long delay from the time you launch your browser to the time you can type a URL into the address bar, then you should consider disabling unnecessary add–ons. The second way add–ons affect browsing is by slowing the overall Web request process.
To view them, click the gear menu at the top-right corner of the Internet Explorer window and select Manage add–ons. Browser plug-ins are displayed under the Toolbars and Extensions category, along with any browser toolbars and other type of ActiveX add–ons you have installed.
Enable/Disable Internet Explorer Extensions and Add–Ons
Select the settings options which is near at the close/exit button. Choose Add–ons tab. Select the unwanted Add–ons and select remove.
Add or remove access to a specific site

Go to your the Zipped AddOn file and open it. Select all the files in the Zipped File, and drag and drop the AddOn’s folders from the zip into your _retail_InterfaceAddOns folder. Make sure you do not drop them into a folder of an AddOn already installed.

Click Features and Applications. Click Add–Ons. Check the Allow users to install Google Docs add–ons from add–ons store box. Click Save.
No add–ons mode is a way of running Internet Explorer so that toolbars, ActiveX controls and other add–ons can’t execute.
